This weekend covers the practical, relational, and energetic foundations of retreat leadership, including:

❋ How to conceptualize and design a retreat that is aligned, ethical, and personally and professionally sustainable

❋ Choosing retreat locations, venues, and accommodations

❋ Food, logistics, and hospitality considerations

❋ Basic and complex psychological group dynamics and facilitator responsibilities

❋ Skillful space-holding: what to do, what to avoid, and how to stay grounded

❋ Facilitation do’s and don’ts learned from years in the field

❋ How to launch, fill, and facilitate retreats without burnout or over-marketing

❋ Navigating real-life challenges that arise in retreat environments

We will dedicate time for brainstorming retreat ideas, receiving feedback, and learning from fellow participants—creating a collaborative, supportive learning container.
