Heal + Transform

Work With Caroline

Caroline works with people who are genuinely ready to change — not just to understand themselves better, but to transform on all levels: emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As one of her most influential teachers, Ram Dass, once said, psychotherapy alone is not enough to truly free us. “It’s like rearranging the furniture in the prison cell rather than trying to get out of the prison.”

She specializes in supporting people who have moved beyond surface-level therapy and surface-level spirituality into a desire to engage in deep, embodied transformation. Her clients are often not seeking another framework, modality, or technique, but a space where defenses soften, patterns loosen, and something more honest can emerge — allowing real change to take root.

PATHWAYS TO YOUR HEALING

For the ones who are ready to go deeper.

Many of the individuals who work with Caroline — whether in individual psychotherapy or coaching sessions, private retreats, or intensives — are therapists, facilitators, creatives, and thought leaders.

They are people who already hold space for others, lead communities, or operate at a high level in their own fields. They are insightful, reflective, and often deeply resourced — and still aware that insight alone doesn’t always create the shift they’re seeking.

This is Phase 2 work.

Through many years of boots-on-the-ground trauma work, Caroline has worked daily with some of the deepest and most complex forms of human suffering, including incest, sexual violence, and severe relational trauma. Clients often sense quickly that there is very little they could bring that would shock, overwhelm, or destabilize her presence.

In recent years, much of her work has focused on supporting individuals healing from cult abuse, coercive or manipulative spiritual environments, and complex relational trauma — experiences that require nuance, discernment, and a grounded, reality-based approach.

Caroline specializes in working with individuals, families, and organizations, and refers out for couples work to ensure clients receive the most appropriate and well-contained care. This background allows her to meet people exactly where they are, without minimizing, dramatizing, or turning pain into pathology.

This depth of clinical experience has shaped her capacity to hold space in a way that is steady, unflinching, and deeply respectful.

Caroline’s Approach To Healing

Caroline’s facilitation style is irreverent yet humble — grounded, human, and unpretentious. This combination often allows people to relax in ways they haven’t before, gently breaking through intellectualization, perfectionism, and spiritual performance.

Clients frequently share that this tone makes it easier to access vulnerability, insight, and real movement.

Her work is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply attuned, with a strong emphasis on nervous system safety and integration.

The result is a space where meaningful change can unfold — not by force, but through presence, truth, and trust.

“Caroline has great passion for authenticity and creates a space where it is safe to access your authentic self.”
