Students will learn essential foundations of Yoga including the philosophy, teaching, history, ethics, pose alignment and sequencing as well as gain a depth of understanding and practice in meditation, breath work, and mantra.
Caroline facilitates a tight-knit, safe and inclusive environment where you can shed outdated layers of self while connecting more deeply to your highest Self throughout the training.
This training prepares students to not only teach yoga in yoga studios, community centers, and gyms, but also to integrate yoga into your current profession.
