An intimate evening for women to gather in presence, honesty, and connection.
This sacred circle is a space to slow down and gently turn inward…
to share what has been moving through you emotionally,
to be seen and witnessed without fixing or judgment,
and to sit in the quiet power of being held in community.
Together, we will move through:
•intentional sharing and witnessing
•guided breathwork to open and release
•healing mantra and sound practices
•a soothing, integrative meditation to close
This is not about performance or perfection—
it is about truth, tenderness, and coming home to yourself alongside other women and led by Caroline (“carrie”) Culverhouse a skilled group facilitator, licensed psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher and energy healer with nearly two decades of holding sacred transformational space for women’s healing.
Limited to 12 women to preserve the intimacy of the space. Everything shared and everyone attending is held in complete confidence.
