Therapy Sessions
In-Person + Telehealth Therapy
Caroline offers both in-person and Telehealth sessions, working with clients locally and internationally. Sessions are tailored to the individual, family, or organization, and are shaped by the specific goals, context, and depth of work being engaged.
Therapeutic Modalities + Approach
Caroline’s work is integrative by design. Rather than applying a single modality in a rigid way, she draws from multiple frameworks and adapts them thoughtfully to the person, system, or context in front of her.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through relationship, embodiment, nervous system safety and tapping into the bigger whys of life that typically only spiritual inquiry and internal silence can answer:
The primary modalities Caroline draws from include:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Used to support clients in understanding and relating to their internal world with curiosity and compassion. This approach helps soften protective patterns, access core wounds safely, and cultivate internal leadership without pathologizing symptoms.
Relational Psychoanalysis
Informs the way Caroline attends to the therapeutic relationship itself as a living, meaningful space. Patterns that show up in life often emerge in relationship — and when met with honesty, attunement, and care, they can shift at a deep level.
Somatic Psychotherapy
Supports healing through the body by working directly with sensation, movement, and nervous system responses. This approach allows insight to become embodied, helping clients move out of chronic activation, collapse, or disconnection.
Breathwork Inspired by Heart Rhythm Meditation
Used selectively and gently to support regulation, coherence, and emotional integration. Breath is approached as a stabilizing and grounding tool — not as a cathartic or destabilizing intervention.
Spiritual Inquiry & Discourse (Client-Led)
When appropriate and aligned with a client’s worldview, Caroline incorporates spiritual reflection and inquiry. This may include exploring meaning, identity, or belief systems and using spiritually oriented meditations — always grounded, never prescriptive, and never imposed
Who Caroline Works With
Individuals seeking deep personal transformation and integrationFamilies navigating complex relational dynamics or periods of transitionOrganizations and leadership teams looking to cultivate healthier relational culture, emotional intelligence, and grounded leadershipChildren, in-person sessions only, that incorporate play therapy and art-based approaches. This work is developmentally informed, relational, and designed to support children in expressing and integrating their emotional experiences in ways that feel safe, natural, and accessible.
When sessions fall within the scope of Caroline’s clinical licensure and are provided to clients located in states where she is licensed, the work may be offered as psychotherapy.
When working with clients outside of her licensure jurisdiction, or when the focus of the work extends beyond the clinical frame, sessions are necessarily offered as coaching rather than psychotherapy.
Across all modalities, Caroline’s work remains relational, trauma-informed, and deeply attuned. Methods are chosen in service of safety, integration, and actual change — not performance or dogmatic adherence to any one system.
