Nestled among ancient red rock formations and sacred vortex sites, you’ll have five unhurried nights and four full days to slow down, turn inward, and come home to yourself. This retreat has served as a total reset for many women, with participants returning year after year to fill their spiritual and energetic cups back up.
Caroline has been leading retreats since 2008 — and this is her most favorite retreat she offers. You’ll be in the care of a master facilitator who is as soulful as she is down to earth, as reverent as she is irreverent, and whose humility creates a container where every woman feels safe to show up exactly as she is.

Gentle Yoga & Breathwork
Nourishing, accessible movement to open the body, release what’s been held, and create space for something new to arrive.
Mantra & Wazifa Sound Practice
Sacred sound as medicine from the Yogi and Sufi traditions. We’ll use mantra and wazifa to awaken, align, and drop beneath the noise of everyday life into something much quieter — and much more alive.
Sacred Sisterhood & Deep Communion
There is something irreplaceable about being witnessed and held by other women. This container is intentionally intimate, creating space for authentic connection and the kind of conversations you don’t get to have everywhere.
Rest & Renewal
Unstructured time is woven throughout — to walk, journal, sit by the red rocks, nap, integrate,
